Step 1: The Agreement
Our sales staff will explain the particulars with the Media Host, discuss options, and create an agreement. Our creative team then works with you, the Media Host, to produce a presentation of your services, hours, specials, and any other information that you would like to convey.
Step 2: The Production
Our sales team will work with area sponsors, creating custom animated ads for local restaurants, services, retail establishments, other businesses, and attractions. We gather pertinent information from the business and then create a custom ad for each. Finally, we then present the finished animated product to the sponsor for revision or approval.
Step 3: The Presentation
Our creative team designs a looping presentation of all the sponsor’s ads. The Media Host presentation plays simultaneously. A custom scrolling banner message plays on the bottom of the screen, and messages to arriving guests can be customized by the Media Host on demand at their site with a simple keypad which is provided.
Step 4: Results
The Media Host benefits by communicating important information to their customers and builds good will by providing a platform for local area sponsors. The host and sponsors gain recognition in the community and increase their bottom line. WHJ Media provides and maintains a quality digital experience for the hosts, sponsors and community.
